Coffee from the Sumatra island is legendary. Just so you know that most of the usual Sumatran coffee underwent the traditional processing method known as Giling Basah, or layman terms - wet-hulling, which produces much higher moisture content in the coffee. However, this specialty lot is processed naturally by a group of skilled and experienced farmers in Kerinci. This results in a more distinctive fruity flavours in its cup profile which we rarely can find in coffee from Sumatra!
