What are your delivery fees?
The delivery fee starts at S$4.00 per order. Complimentary delivery is available for orders S$50.00 and above.
Where can I find your retail stores?
We have four retail outlets in Singapore: Citadines, Serangoon, Pickering and Paya Lebar. Our manufacturing hub is in Jurong. You may wish to find the addresses and opening hours on our Contact Us page.
Can I subscribe to receive coffee beans regularly?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a coffee subscription service at this time. However, you can easily place repeat orders on our website.
How long will my roasted coffee beans stay fresh?
For whole beans, they will usually stay fresh for two to four weeks if stored in an airtight container in a cool environment. Ground coffee loses its freshness faster, so we recommend grinding only the amount you need for each brew.
I received a wrong order. What should I do?
Please send us an email at pyroast@tlefood.com and let us take care of it. We will also make sure that we receive your right delivery address so that your future orders will be delivered to the right place!
