Where are your beans from?
We meticulously source our beans from various coffee-growing regions around the world, specifically choosing single-origin beans that showcase diverse and exciting flavour notes. Each bean's unique characteristics and origin are detailed on its product page.
What is your delivery policy?
We aim to deliver your freshly roasted beans to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. We offer free delivery for orders above S70. For orders below S$70, there will be a nominal delivery fee incurred to the order. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, we strive to process it quickly for timely delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible after an order has been placed. We highly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before finalising your purchase.
How do you ensure roast freshness?
Freshness is paramount to capturing the complex flavour profiles of our specialty beans. All of our coffees are roast to order. This ensures that you receive beans roasted recently, maximising flavour and aroma. We suggest allowing the beans to "degas" (rest and release carbon dioxide) for optimal flavour development before brewing. This typically takes 3-7 days after the roast date, depending on the roast level. The roast date is clearly labeled on each bag. We recommend consuming the beans within 4-6 weeks of the roast date for peak flavour. Proper storage in a cool, dark, and dry place will help maintain freshness longer.
