Shipping policy

We offer affordable shipping at a flat rate of S$5.00 per order, with free delivery on orders above S$70.00.

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the next business day.

Freshly Roasted to Order: Our coffee beans are roasted on-demand every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure optimal freshness. As such, orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our roasting schedule and stock availability.

While we strive to fulfil orders promptly, same-day processing and shipping cannot be guaranteed. In the event of any delays or stock shortages, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Options

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

• Ninja Van (tracking provided) — S$5.00 per order

• TLEFOOD (3–5 working days, no tracking) — S$5.00 per order

Once your order has been handed over to our third-party logistics partners, PYROAST will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Self-Pickup Options

Enjoy a Free Coffee* ☕
Simply quote your Order ID upon collection and receive a complimentary cup of coffee on us. You will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is ready for pickup. 

*Terms and conditions apply. Complimentary coffee only applicable to the following outlets: PYROAST@Serangoon, PYROAST@Citadines and PYROAST@Singpost. Valid for online orders with valid Order ID, and opted for self-collection only. Not applicable for walk-in purchases and delivery orders.
