Shipping policy

Singapore Shipping Policy (Updated November 2024)

• We offer affordable shipping rates, with a base fee of S$5.00 per order.
• Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders S$50.00 and above.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday) will be processed on the next business day. Freshly Roasted to Order
• Our coffee beans are roasted on-demand every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This ensures optimal freshness. Please note that orders are processed and shipped based on our roasting schedule and stock availability.
• In the event of unexpected delays or stock shortages, we will promptly notify you. Please note that due to our roast-to-order process, we cannot guarantee same-day processing and shipping for all orders.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs:

• Ninjavan (tracking no. provided) $4.00 per order 
• TLEFOOD (3-5 working days, no tracking no.) $5.00 per order.

Once your order is handed over to our third-party logistics provider, PYROAST is not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping.

Self-Pickup Options

• Enjoy a Free Coffee*! Quote your Order ID number when picking up your order at our outlets and get a complimentary cup of coffee on us. 
• We'll notify you via SMS/WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.
