Sourced from the Divisa and Sítio Campo farms in Carmo de Minas, within the Mantiqueira mountains of Minas Gerais, this Yellow Catuai grows at altitudes between 1000–1300m in soils enriched by volcanic ash. With temperatures ranging from 18–25°C, the region offers ideal conditions for cultivating specialty coffee.
The cherries undergo meticulous selection using water density control to remove defects, followed by natural drying—first on patios, then in mechanical dryers to ensure consistency and quality.
In the cup, this coffee offers a comforting and indulgent profile with notes of caramel, marzipan, and brownie, highlighting both richness and balance.
