Jairo Arcila, a third-generation Colombian producer, brings over 40 years of expertise rooted in tradition, now elevated by his sons Felipe and Carlos. This lot features the rare Chiroso varietal, known for its elongated shape and unique Ethiopian lineage delivering a distinctive and expressive cup profile. Processed using their signature EF2 method (low-temperature fermentation below 22°C followed by natural drying), this Chiroso Natural is vibrant and fruit-forward, bursting with notes of fruit punch, lemongrass, with bright tropical acidity.
