Ethiopia Alo Agana
From the high-altitude reaches of Agana village in Ethiopia, these remarkable beans are cultivated between 2,300 and 2,380 meters above sea level, on the cool upper slopes overlooking the valleys of Sidama. This places them among the highest-grown coffees in the Bensa region, where slow cherry maturation in the crisp mountain climate contributes to exceptional density and clarity in the cup.
Processed using the classic natural method, the coffee cherries are dried whole under the sun, allowing the fruit’s sugars to fully infuse the beans. This results in a vibrant, fruit-forward profile that is both expressive and refined. In the cup, it opens with juicy notes of sweet, tangy black grape, deepening into rich blackberry tones, and is lifted by soft, fragrant florals that linger delicately on the finish.
A must-try for coffee enthusiasts.
