Cultivated at 1,850 MASL by Edinson Argote and his family at Finca Quebraditas, this exceptional Gesha is the result of precision farming and experimental processing techniques. From selecting cherries at peak ripeness (90%) to an intricate fermentation involving dry pulping, thermal shock, and cultivated starter cultures, every step is intentional.
The result? A cup that sings with elegant jasmine and orange blossom aromatics. On the palate, expect a medley of pineapple juice, strawberry candy, and honey melon, all carried by a bright, refined acidity that evokes the clarity and crispness of a fine Austrian Riesling.
