Instrumental to retaining the quality and coffee taste, we recommend to grind coffee beans right before brewing. It is best to understand that the grind size of the coffee beans will affect the cup profile and extraction which are catered for different brewing methods. To capture the full flavours for the coffee beans, we recommend regular calibration and checks on grinding machines to ensure the grinded coffee beans are in accordance to international-accepted practice.
